I am a creative business executive with a successful track record in driving revenue growth and exceeding profit expectations for my partners and shareholders. Over the last decade, I have helped to launch and steer three successful business ventures that have generated over $500-million in revenues collectively. I currently serve as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Codeblack Films, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lionsgate Entertainment Corp.
Throughout my career I have obtained a diverse repertoire of skills acquired from positions held at music industry trade magazine, HITS, Rhino Entertainment, a subsidiary of AOL/Time Warner, Paramount Home Entertainment, a Viacom company, UrbanWorks Entertainment, a division of Ventura Distribution and Codeblack Entertainment, a joint venture with the world’s leading music company Universal Music Group.
During my time at the above organizations, I held a range of senior management positions in marketing, project management, acquisitions, operations, production and business development. These experiences have equipped me with the vision, discipline and work ethic it takes to drive the organizations I lead toward profitability.
I am experienced in strategic planning, organizational development, brand strategy, new business development, deal negotiation, consumer connectivity, creative ideation, project management and marketing at the local, regional and national levels. I am also a creative problem solver trained in mediation and conflict resolution.
It is my core belief that successful businesses seek collective good along with shareholder value. Integrity, stewardship, courage and compassion are my main guiding principles.
I hold a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management and am currently a Juris Doctorate candidate at the University of West Los Angeles School of Law in Los Angeles, CA.
